New Advenza FreightBus service

The fifth Freight Operating Company to operate commercial rail freight services on the British rail network is to run its first commercial freight services on the evening of the 25th October. The first services operated by Advenza Freight Limited will run to and from Willesden (London) and Mossend (Scotland).
The service, called FreightBus, will provide daily (Monday to Friday) high-speed rail capacity between London and Scotland for the movement of palletised goods. The FreightBus service is open to users who wish to move pallets between the two hubs. Shipments from as small as one pallet, upto a train load of pallets can be booked on the service. The FreightBus tariff is published on its website is able to price the movement of pallets on a depot to depot, door to depot, depot to door or door to door basis. Two levels of service are provided, the standard next day FreightBus service and the before 09:00 service called FreightBus - Express.
